出会いは札幌で毎年開催されているNEVER MIND THE BOOKS 2023でした。躍動感ある動物たちのステッカーを購入してからすっかり大橋さんのイラストレーションに惚れ込みました。昨年のNMTB2025で再会した際にお誘いして本展を開催するに至りました。グラフィックデザイナー／イラストレーターとして活動する大橋さんの東京初個展となります。

本展では、壁にA0サイズとB1サイズの大判ポスターが全8点並びます。どれも動物たちの野生味あふれる肢体を植物の模様で彩るように透かした、ダイナミック且つグラフィカルに捉えた見応えある作品となっております。観る者はそのヴィジュアルが放つインパクトに眼福を得ることでしょう。

展示されるポスターの他にも、A3サイズのリソグラフ作品や動物のステッカー8種、マグネット、ZINEも取り扱っております。

香港のアーティスト LITTLE THUNDERと、LAで大学生活をしているKAIが、2024年夏に4年振りに東京で再開したことをきっかけに始まった交換絵日記が一冊の本になりました。人生の不安や悩み、気になっていることを赤裸々に綴った交換絵日記は、大人気アーティストLITTLE THUNDERの内面を垣間見れる貴重なものでもあり、KAIのセンチメンタルな気持ちも相まって、二人の永遠の夏を綴じたドキュメンタリーとなっております。

この本は通常版と特別ボックス版があります。

The exchange picture diary between Hong Kong artist LITTLE THUNDR and LA university student KAI, who reunited in Tokyo in the summer of 2024 for the first time in four years, is now available in a book.
The exchange diary, in which they candidly wrote about their anxieties, worries and concerns in life, is a rare glimpse into the inner life of the hugely popular artist Little Thunder, and combined with the sentimental feelings of university student Kai, it is a documentary about their eternal summer together.
